Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with the Handover AI service ("Service"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts, Purchases, and Subscriptions
The Service offers products that can be purchased via one-time payment ("One-time Purchase") and products billed on a recurring basis ("Subscription").
2.1 One-time Purchase (Pro License)
For Pro Licenses, you will be billed a one-time fee at the time of purchase. This grants you the specific rights associated with that license as described at the time of purchase. There are no recurring fees for this specific purchase.
2.2 Subscriptions (Enterprise/Custom Plans)
Some parts of the Service (e.g., Enterprise plans) may be billed on a subscription basis. If you choose such a plan, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service Administrator and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Japan and foreign countries.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack the Service.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service Administrator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
